Transposition is a diverse and multi-facetted development- and co-operational project with involvement of leading music institutions in Norway and Vietnam.
The initiative is based primarily on the European classical music tradition, and aims to support the standards and professionalism of Vietnamese music institutions through long-term exchange of expertise between institutions in the two countries. The project started in 2007 and will continue for another three year period starting from 2010. The focus will be on supporting expertise and resources already available, exchange of training opportunities, and technical support to relevant musical institutions in Vietnam.
